Annual Fees & Season Dates

The Pitch Rental for the 2012  season including Water, Electricity and Rates is £1,849.

All owners were requested to pay a Deposit of £650.00 by 31st October 2011. The Balance is due by 31st March 2012

All the caravans are now supplied with 47kg propane gas cylinders. Average consumption is 1 cylinders per season, this figure is higher for centrally heated units.

 We operate a group insurance scheme for the caravans on our park, the cost for 'New for Old' cover is currently £9.80 per £1,000 of Cover. Whilst it is not compulsory to be part of our insurance scheme, all caravans must be suitably insured
