A town full of charm, with a timeless quality. First visited by Eaton family in July 1954, it has been our home for nearly 40 years.
Whilst small in terms of population (around 4,000) it never ceases to amaze us the sheer number of people who have either heard of Lyme or have visited the town.
The cobb, a sandy beach, the Marine Parade and fossils are just a few of the many attractions that entice visitors to our town.
If Lyme has a failing, it is one that is common in towns today, Car Parking ! Fortunately, there are several ways to walk into Lyme, and for the return journey, there are several local taxi firms or use the bus which conveniently stops outside the park entrance.
“Just love this Caravan Park, grew up on it. It is kept very clean and tidy. There are no on site facilities as such, so it’s very quiet, but that adds to it’s charm. There is a park area for kids and a Tennis Court and a designated dog field. Fantastic views. Well worth a stay as there is plenty to do in and around the area. It is a perfect base.”Suzy Hodson
“My father has had a caravan here for many years, the site is kept clean and tidy.
I’d highly recommend buying a caravan here.”
